Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Shiv Enterprises — Homeware | Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Homeware (homeware.ind.in) is owned and operated by Shiv Enterprises. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Return Window Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period.

2. Eligible Returns Products are eligible for return only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging with all labels intact

Not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
  • Custom-cut materials (plywood, laminates, boards cut to size)
  • Opened adhesive products (Fevicol, sealants, etc.)
  • Safe lockers once installed or tampered with
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange pickup or request you return the item to our store
  • Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

4. Refunds

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be granted for partially damaged goods at Shiv Enterprises' discretion

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch
  • If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order, a cancellation charge of ₹299 will be applicable
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may result in restriction of the COD option for your account
  • Shiv Enterprises reserves the right to take appropriate action against wilful non-payment or repeated fraudulent orders
