SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Homeware | Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Homeware is the online brand of Shiv Enterprises. All legal rights and obligations mentioned herein are of Shiv Enterprises.
1. Delivery Area Homeware currently offers local delivery only. We do not ship outside our serviceable area. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm if your location is covered.
2. Delivery Time
- We aim to deliver your order within 49 to 90 minutes of order confirmation
- Actual delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions, order size, product availability, and delivery distance
- For large or heavy items (plywood sheets, safe lockers, bulk interior materials), delivery time may be longer and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Charges may vary based on order weight, size, and delivery distance
4. Order Confirmation
- All COD orders will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch
- If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, the order may be put on hold or cancelled
- Homeware reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified
5. Delivery Attempts & Cancellation Charges
- Our delivery team will make up to 2 delivery attempts

A cancellation charge of ₹299 will apply in the following cases:
- The order has been dispatched and the customer opts for cancellation
- The customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery
- Delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer
- This charge covers the delivery and handling costs incurred by Shiv Enterprises
- Repeated refusals or cancellations post-dispatch may result in permanent restriction of COD for your account
6. Inspection at Delivery
- Please inspect all items at the time of delivery before accepting
- Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery person and to us
- Claims for damage reported after the delivery person has left may not be entertained
7. Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the order
8. Force Majeure
- Shiv Enterprises shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including heavy traffic, natural events, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances
