TERMS OF SERVICE Shiv Enterprises — Homeware | Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Homeware (homeware.ind.in) is owned and operated by Shiv Enterprises. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible but may change without prior notice
  • Shiv Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
  • Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly

2. Orders & Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only
  • Placing a COD order is a binding commitment to pay the full invoice amount upon delivery
  • Orders are confirmed only after phone or WhatsApp verification by our team
  • Shiv Enterprises reserves the right to cancel unverified orders

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch at no charge
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained
  • A cancellation charge of ₹299 will apply if a dispatched order is refused at delivery
  • Repeated COD cancellations may result in permanent restriction of the COD option for your account
  • Shiv Enterprises reserves the right to take legal action for wilful non-payment or repeated fraudulent orders

4. Delivery

  • We offer local delivery only, within 49–90 minutes of order confirmation, subject to traffic and availability

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products only

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Shiv Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including images, text, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Shiv Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts
